How you can help:
~Please make sure your child has a reasonable bedtime and a good night's rest. My own doctor recommends that kids do not play Wii or video games before bedtime. This leaves their brain over stimulated and often leads to difficulty falling asleep.
~Have a great breakfast. This will help the kids last until first snack time.
~Give them downtime when they get home. Then jump into homework when they are ready.
